Terms of Use
Internal Use
TAC is an internal and invited-user application for route research, model-indication research, account administration, API-key management, usage review, and connected brokerage-account workflows. By accessing the site, portal, API, or OAuth connection flow, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts And Access
You may use the application only if TAC has authorized your access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys, and connected-account permissions secure. Do not share credentials or API keys outside your approved team or workflow.
Brokerage Connections
If you connect a brokerage account through OAuth, you authorize TAC to use that connection only for the account views, checks, model workflows, and actions made available to your account. TAC is not a broker-dealer, does not open or maintain brokerage accounts, does not provide brokerage services, and does not custody customer funds or securities. Live account actions, if enabled, are controlled by account entitlements, user authorization, and operator configuration.
Research Only
Research outputs, model indications, backtests, route context, and model snapshots are provided for informational and operational research purposes. They are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice and are not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or strategy. Any security-specific information is provided so users can conduct their own review and draw their own conclusions.
No Copy Trading
The application is not a copy-trading, mirror-trading, social-trading, or influencer-following service. Users may not use the application to automatically replicate another trader's account, portfolio, trades, recommendations, or public commentary.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing any research, model output, order, or workflow before relying on it. You agree not to misuse the application, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, reverse engineer non-public systems, or use the application in violation of law or any third-party brokerage terms.
Availability And Changes
The application is provided as an internal tool and may change, pause, or be unavailable without notice. TAC may suspend or remove access if needed for security, operations, compliance, or misuse concerns.
No Warranty
The application and research outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." TAC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, market-data accuracy, model performance, trading results, investment outcomes, or compatibility with any third-party service.
